200 years ago, Spanish Colonizers blamed those who fought for independence for the Caracas's earthquake of 1812. Simon Bolivar shouted something just after ending such terrible earthquake and then, many years later, someone decided to publish that exclamation on a wall. I bet Bolivar shouted something like:
