The old coat of Venezuela had a white horse galloping to the right. But a few years ago,
the Socialist government modified it: now the horse galloping to the left.
On a tour through streets of Chacao you can still see some old emblems, although
the vast majority are left-wing. These are used to place the flag on national holidays.
