Chicha is a fermented drink in other countries of Latin America, but in Venezuela it is a thick and sweet drink made from rice flour and milk. If you visit Caracas, ask to anyone where you can find a Chichero (a Chicha salesman) and enjoy it, please.
You can choice between the old traditional Chichero
or the new franchises style. The flavour is the same.
