Frozen in Time | El Torbes

The great majority of bakeries in Caracas were modernized during the 80's and 90's except one: El Torbes, an old bakery located in Santa Teresa parish, specialized in Andean style bread. It preserves not only its original wooden furniture, even also that traditional smell of freshly baked bread.
