2nd Anniversary | Positive City's Exhibition
Caracas, Ciudad Positiva (Positive City) is a contest organized since 2010 by Mirelis Morales, the great blogger of blog Caracas Ciudad de la Furia (City of Fury). Now she planned an exhibition into a shopping center (Centro Comercial Expreso de Chacaíto) with all winner photos, including one of Caracas Shots blog (click here to see it).
This post celebrates the 2nd Anniversary of Caracas Shots.

Secret Crypt | 1st Revelation
Many had told me about this place. Finally when I met this bookstore, it exceeded all my expectations. Unfortunately I did not take the right camera. I have to go back to dive into this infinite vault of ancient books hidden behind a mere facade. Maybe I'll come back not to read but to take many more photos.

Muchos me habían hablado de este lugar. Finalmente cuando conocí esta librería, superó todas mis expectativas. Lamentablemente no llevé la cámara adecuada. Tengo que volver para sumergirme en esta infinita cripta de libros antiguos escondida detrás de una simple fachada. Quizás no para leer sino para tomar muchas más fotos.

The Lions Sleep Tonight
Today November 6th is the charity auction of 40 lions
painted by Venezuelan artists that toured the city for several months,
celebrating the 444 Anniversary of Caracas on July 25th.
Finally lions sleep tonight while we still continue growling
and showing our claws to keep living in our indomitable city.
